Vaio Control Center change Memory Bus option on Vista

Hello, I have a FS315E and I have just installed Vista on it. I have made a memory updgrade to 1.2gb of RAM.

I've seen the Memory Bus options and I wonder what they'll do. I don't want to physically hurt my notebook.

Anyone has any ideas ?
