Hi everybody! I have Vaio Latop A397XP But .......:smileycry: colour of my laptop is fade out when I drop axit into it! How can I replace my laptop cover! It's very horrible!!!:smileycry: please help me!:smileysad: . I'm very worried about it!!!!

You will not find your model number, but as far as I am aware all 17” A series screen covers are identical and the Sony part number is X-4626-663-1 at a cost of $98.18 plus shipping from
Nexttronics.

Rich, you have got me very excited!!! I live in the US and will be calling this company first thing in the morning to find out about various replacement parts for my substandard FS series. The firmware update didnt resolve my dvd drive from opening randomly (I did tell Sony that it would open when switched off, but they wouldnt have it!)

Yes a great site – I have never seen so much detail offered in the way of parts. Why we can’t have something like this in Europe is, I believe, internal politics with Sony. Maybe someone from Sony Europe will read this and provide a feasible explanation!
