hi people.. please can anybody help.. my builtin dvd-rw is not working?
it says there is a missing driver... iv done the recovery back to factory defaults but its still not working...
The drive worked for my first back up to dvd... then once it restarted the drive just stopped working?

Welcome to Club Vaio,

As you've recovered your Vaio this may not work but try going to device manager and and uninstalling your CD/DVD drive, then restart your Vaio and allow the driver to re-install again..

Also are there any error messages in device manager..

Try and look for a Firmware update from the Manufacturer too.
