I have just bought the VPCEB2MOE Vaio laptop which claims to have firewire capabilities. I have an external soundcard which requires a 6pin Firewire input, however I don't know which cable I would use to connect the device or which port on the laptop I would connect the cable into.
The laptop boasts three USB ports, an eSATA port, an HDMI port, HG Duo, and SD slot.
What equipment do I need to attach my firewire soundcard to my laptop please?
