VAIO FW21L is not charging and also NOT working directly with adapter

We were watching a movie with out adapter connected. Battery went low and finaly got turned off. After that it is acting strange. It was not getting charged for while and when I plugged in with 5-6 hours gap, it worked fine. After couple of days now it is completely not getting charged and also NOT working directly with adapter.

Please help with a advice. Not able to figure out where is the problem

I would like to suggest for you to be in touch with Vaio support. To avoid headache, IF you have warranty, the battery maybe can be replaced.
