Hi all ,
I recently purchased a vaio vgn-SR31M.
this model comes with vista home. ive selected Dutch language settings.
once i completed the (very long) installation procedure , i noticed the switch buttons dont work.
I cant use any of the 7 buttons at the bottom of the screen.
The software seems to be working and is loaded correctly .
By clicking each of the displayed icons , a predefined program starts.
Pressing the buttons does not have the same result. no mode switching , no preset functions , no settings.
ive read some fora and even tried xp drivers but no results .
ive even restored the c drive using the recovery tool and started over again.
Again No working buttons.
Has somebody encountered this before ?
Or has a solution for this?
