I recently did an in-place upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 on my FZ21e vaio. Everything seems to be OK in terms of all the software being stil there. But the Vaio Musicbox doesn't seem to work - it did find the music files on my computer but it doesn't seem to categorize them in the various channels. At the moment I can only use the shuffle all and newly added channels in order to play music. All the other channels including Energized, Loundge etc are grayed out and don't seem to work.
I am currently using Vaio Musicbox 2.3.0.09250
Any ideas as to what can cause this problem and how it can be resolved?
