Hi I have a Vaio pro 11 (SVP132A2CM), about 2 years old I guess. Last night whilst watching a film, through hdmi to tv, it suddenly turned off. I was on battery so I assumed it had run out of battery, but I had no low battery warning! I got the ac adaptor to charge but it did nothing. The charging light on the laptop is not on at all. The light on adaptor is on. I cannot turn on. Not even the low battery turn off, goes straight off. Nothing. I have removed the external battery but can't remove internal. Can anyone suggest what the problem is? And how to fix it? Are my files likely to be affected? Is the hard drive ok? Any help gratefully received. Thank you A
