My laptop which is only twelve months old is now running very slow. It boots up (windows 7) perfectly fine but when you open files and folders it takes ages or stops completely saying not responding.
I have run my up to date virus scan which came out with nothing untoward. I have updated to all drivers and software updates.
Any help or solution would be appreciated.
