Vaio update!

Does anybody can help me!
I am trying to update vaio. pressing this icon on right bottom screen and nothing is happening. shows me that my model information could not be foud on server.
Any suggestions what to do??
Help
do i have to contact vaio support team?

What model Vaio do you own and when did you buy it?

If you have a Vaio manufactured in Q3 2007 to Q1 2008 then there is a fix for this on the Vaio-Link website. The patch is called "VAIO Update 3.1.02.03190" and you can download it from here: -
