Hello everybody! I bought July last year (July'05) my VAIO VGN-FS215Z at EL CORTEINGLES. By the first day I used it I knew there was something wrong with the battery because it only worked for less than an hour and then it was discharged. So, I can't work at university without the AC cable. I went to the shopping centre to explain the problem it had in order to know if my notebook was working right or take a solution on it. So, they changed me the battery and it had the same problem. I kept on going to university with my AC cable and forgot the problem till a month ago I tried to switch on my notebook with the battery full and the AC cable disconnected and it didn't work. So, I knew my battery had just died...went off forever because I format my PC but it didn't repair. My notebook is on Warranty until July'07 but I don't know if it's very common on this model of notebook and if warranty will cover it. So, let's take some comments. Thanks! Mario

Hola a todo el mundo! Me compré en Julio del año pasado (Julio 2005) mi VAIO VGN-FS215Z en EL CORTEINGLES. Desde el primer día que lo usé sabía que algo pasaba con la batería porque sólo funcionaba durante menos de una hora y luego se descargaba. Asi que no podía trabajar en la universidad sin el cable de alimentación a la corriente. Fui al establecimiento a explicar el problema que tenía para saber si mi portátil estaba funcionando correctamente o solucionarlo. Me cambiaron la bateria y tenía el mismo problema. Continué yendo a la universidad con mi cable de alimentación a la corriente y olvidé el problema hasta hace un mes, cuando intenté encender el ordenador con la bateria cargada, sin conectar el cable de alimentación y no funcionaba. Asi que, supe que mi bateria había muerto...se había ido para siempre puesto que formateé mi PC pero no se reparó. Mi portátil está en garantia hasta Julio de 2007 pero no sé si es muy común en este modelo y si la garantía me lo cubrirá. Comentadme. Gracias! Mario
