VAIO VGN-FW11M service manual and optical drive?

Hi - I have a dead optical drive - just grinds and doesn't read any discs. Device manager says it's OK so must be mechanical. It's a VAIO VGN-FW11M

I have scoured the net but cannot find the service manual for this machine - does anyone know where I can get one?

Also does anyone know where to get a replacement optical drive / which optical drives are compatible?

Thanks, I already went there, it just has the op manual. But as it happens I got the drive out - it was only two screws and then you pull it free. I was expecting it to be more complicated to remove. So I have the model number and have found some places that supply them. Unfortunately being Sony they are significantly overpriced...
