Vaio VGN-FW41ZJ/H. How to instal XP Pro

Windows XP Pro on Vaio VGN-FW41ZJ/H
Any effort to install an older than Vista Windows product fails and sesions terminate with the well known blue screen. Can anybody indicate me the corect procedure, drivers and etc?
