Hi,
I bought my VAIO VGN-FZ21E from Harvey Norman in October 2008. In September 2010, the grpahics card failed for the first time. After an untold amount of hassle trying to get in contact with Sony Support, I finally get through and a pickup is arranged. The fix has survived until yesterday morning.
The nVidia graphics card has failed once again. Exact same symptoms. Can anyone give me a proper number to a human, instead of the merry-go-round that is Sony Support.
Also, can anyone advise me on my chances of getting it repaired like before?
