Hi
I have had a Sony Vaio vgn-nr32m laptop for a few years now. when I first got it it needed an updated driver to connect to wifi. Recently it connects via ethernet fine but will not connect to wifi again. The wifi switch is on and I read on here that someone deleted the wireless driver and restared the laptop which downloaded the new driver and it worked. I tried this and it worked but as soon as I switch off the laptop again it stops working.
Now the laptop wil not update he driver whenever I try so im assuming need an updated version which I cant find.
Any help will be great
Thanks
Nicole
Hi Nicole,
There is no updated wireless driver released by Sony for your model so, in theory, the original driver should work.

Have you checked the settings in Vaio Smart Network to make sure that WLAN is enabled and set to 2.4GHz?
