Vaio VPCEB1SOE shows "Operating System Not Found" on bootup

Hello,

 

When booting up my Vaio it shows a message of "Operating System Not Found". I can go to setup (F2) only. Having inserted the Windows 7 disc, I was not able to repair the startup.

 

Is this terminal? Thanks for any help
