vaio warrenty repair question how long does it take

my warrenty finishes in a month and a week. so if i contact them now would it been done with tht time limit. does anyone have any ideas. a button need replaces tht all

I just bought the 2 year extension and got a confirmation e-mail but it isn't clear if the package delivery is needed to activate the warranty? I'd say I'm covered by virtue of payment...hope so I'm still in Brazil for a few weeks.
