VAIOCare Rescue Mode

I have bought an SVL2412M1E and every morning when I switch on the wall socket the PC goes into "Rescue Mode" When I switch it off at night I make sure that all the PC lights have gone out and then I switch off the wall socket.

Can anyone help?
