I'm currently playing lots of Half-Life 2 mods - including the superb Minerva: Metastasis 2 - and I'm running them in windowed mode so I can keep an eye on the Desktop at the same time. They look absolutely fantastic on the X-Black screen running at 1680*1050 but the frame rate is running too fast and the image tears quite a lot.
I've looked in the NVIDIA Control Panel and I just can't figure out how to turn on VSync for the desktop. (I can't even figure out if there's an option for it! Does anyone know?
