Video output has failed. Screen alternates automatically between white, off white, blue and horizontal strips of red, green, blue and off-white. Any ideas Andy

Is this the output from the PC or the input through the HDMI input?
The all in one unit has nothing plugged into it so not the hdmi.
I left the computer on and left it for a while and screen was flashing when I returned.
Switching off and on has made no difference. The flashing just continues.
