Hi there,
Is anyone using the DVI-D connection on the docking station (Sony-A217S) connecting to a SONY 46" KDL-46X2000 (or similiar). I cannot find a lead to go from DVI-D to vga, maybe theres a better alternative
Thanks in advance
eM
Hi,
You will not get DVI-D to VGA cables because the signal is incompatible. One is a Digital signal and one is Analogue RGB.
The best answer is to get a DVI-D to HDMI Cable and connect to one of the Bravia's 2 HDMI sockets.
Alternatively, just use a monitor VGA cable and connect from the TV's VGA socket to the VGA socket on your Vaio.
