VGN-FW21L keyboard problem

I have had my VGN-FW21L for just six weeks and parts of the keyboard have stopped working.Is this a common problem.About 4 of the numbers dont work and about 8 letters.Any suggestions?

I suggest you contact Sony Vaio support, you can do this either by phone or via e-Support, use the following link to find the contact details: Sony Vaio Support

They'll probably suggest running the Vaio recovery utility to restore your Vaio back to original so you may wish to try this first, make sure you backup important data first though..
