VAIO update told me today that the firmware of the Matshita BD-MlT UJ230AS drive needed to be updated to prevent the drive damaging discs.
When I run the update i asks me to eject the drive, and gives the following error:
F/W Loader does not apply to the DVD/CD-RW drive that you are using.
Press [EXIT] to oontinue.
The thing is though that my laptop DOES have this drive so id like to know what could be going on?
