VGN-FZ21E audio drivers for windows XP

Installed Windows XP on my VGN-FZ21E as I was sick of Vista. Everything is running smooth except I cannot find an audio driver that works. From what I can tell from Driver Genius it is a Sigma Tel High Def driver but I have tried about six drivers now and cannot get any of them to work and the one that Driver Genius selects won't even install (not suitable for my motherboard error). Can anybody please help me   Thanks

Hi Andy,

Try the Audio drivers for the VGN-FE31M as this has the same Sigmatel chipset. You will find the Audio driver in the pre-installed drivers package.

It will be necessary to first install the Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio - KB888111. A Google should locate this.
