Hello everyone.
I just bought a brand new VGN-FZ38M, and I was doing a little research on the net to downgrade it from Vista to XP Pro. I have found someone who found the drivers for this laptop on the sony asia website - If you would like to take a look, here is the link: http://www.sony-asia.com/support/download/240670 - but, most of the people are reporting problems with some of the function keys and it worries me a little bit, 'cause I use often the brightness keys. Is there someone who can tell me if there is a solution or a shortcut to solve this problems?
About the installation itself, and the raid drivers, I managed to get a USB diskette driver, I have a original XP VLK installation disk, and all the drivers for the other laptop components.
My main concern is doing this and after, get in my lap a crippled computer....
