Hi,
I bought this vaio from Sony Center, Western Road, Brighton, UK. To be sold this laptop by the salesman called Warron. Who told me this laptop could handle high video rendering (which it struggles terribly with) and told me that it supports 8GB of ram, which I cannot find any information about anywhere. Why doesn't this laptop have any info about it on the support pages.
This laptop cost £500, I then called up the manager to be spoken to so rudely telling me that he would of never trained his stuff to say something like this and putting the telephone down on me.
I then discovered that this salesman Warron, has been sacked from many companies around Brighton for being a lier etc.
So now I am stuck with a rubbish laptop, which has been in repair more times than it has been turned on.
After complaining to Sony for weeks, they only offer me an extra 6 months warranty - How lovely to be offered something thats not even worth a penny when this lump of rubbish is always in repair.
Nothing has done about the rude conduct from Sony Center, Western Road, Brighton.
And I feel I have just been given the cold shoulder from Sony, they have got their money and do not care about my troubles at all.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! Would never buy anything from this company again after being a vaio customer for 5 years.
