Hello Antonello
I think you need to go to Control Panel / Power Options. All will be explained when you get there.

Hi Antonello and welcome.
Download and install this Hotfix from Sony USA - it should solve your problem.

You may have to contact Microsoft for the Hotfix KB909667 in Italian. I am not sure if it will work if you change your default language to English (United States) and change it back afterwards.
Alternatively, try the workaround:
1. Click Start, click Run, type devmgmt.msc in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. In Device Manager, expand Imaging devices.
3. Right-click the USB camera, and then click Properties.
Note The USB camera is typically located under Imaging devices in Device Manager. However, the camera may be located elsewhere, depending on the device. Contact your hardware manufacturer for more information.
4. Click the Power Management tab, and then click to clear the 'Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power' check box.
