I cannot load up the My Club Vaio application. It appears as a white icon on my desktop. I have run the Vista patch from the Vaio support page, but still all I get is a 'windows has stopped running' dialogue box before it comes back with the follow up message that Windows is closing the application and will notify me of a solution when available.
Is there a full re-installtion download available? Any ideas what else could be causing this?
