viao crashed

my viao has crashed started with blue screen and all sorts of errors, dumping data etc then restarting now evrything has gone and nothign will work just a blank screen .  Please help

Try

If  the startup screen is visible, you can restore it with viao CD.

If you can pass through the startup screen then press F8 and enter into the safe mode and uninstall any software that you have last installed.or else - Restore the Operating system with the restoration CD.
