Video capture card in PCV-RS346

Hi,

I have had to reinstall Windows XP on my Vaio Desktop following a hard disk crash, and everything is working fine except the video capture card, which is showing up as an unknown device (Unknown Video Media Controller). Can anyone tell me which driver I need to use, or at least what hardware is installed in a PCV-RS346 for video capture (I am not talking about the graphics card).

I will be eternally grateful for any assistance!

You need to install the Gigapocket drivers.

I've just realised that the 'driver' I downloaded from Sony Support is actually only an update. Catch 22 - I don't have a system restore CD as my PC was an ex-demo model from PC World. Is there anywhere to download these drivers, or (as I suspect) will I have to pay Sony all over again to get a replacement restore CD?

You'll probably need to buy the CD from Sony, someone here was quoted £100 for them.
