I really, really need your help as Microsoft diverted me to Sony and Sony's customer service is USELESS!!!!!! Awful and shocking.
Anyway....
I bought a new Vaio Laptop recently which I love in everyway except....
VISTA KEEPS CRASHING - THE DREADED BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH.
The error report states that it is due to multiple versions of anti-virus software and does a memory dump before crashing.
However, I have checked this and it is not the case.
Please, please does anyone have any idea on what to do?????
