is there anyone out there? just purchased this new all singing and dancing LA1.absolutely no instructions are given with this package.(sony shop salesman statedafter purchase. so how do i get my upgrade please(vista).I was told this was the best comp/media cntre for the learning of computer literacy. also please help me to get rid of the screen savers namely sony & james bond.help help help!!! mike
