Does not boot windows on startup but wait 1 minute ctrl alt delete twice and windows boots ???

It sounds like a boot sequence problem.  There are several suggestions here to try: -

Has it always been like this or has it started recently?

How long have you had this Vaio and how much data do you have on it - is a System Recovery an option?
