Webcam not working

My built in webcam on VGN-NS30E is no longer recognised by my laptop or when using skype or msn?

What happens when you open Webcam Companion?

hi

well when I open skype or msn it says there is no webcam connection...either being used by another programme or no webcam connected

and on companion it says to connect a webcam :S
