I have a FW550F notebook with a built-in camera that stopped working in Win7 few weeks ago. I have done everything about the drivers but I still get the message "connect your camera" or anything like that in Webcam Companion 3. Even in messenger the webcam dont work or get recognized by the program.
Any useful information?
Maybe hardware issue?
Contact technical service asap.
