When I connect my mobile phone to A397XP via Bluetooth, my mobilephone said "The profile is not supported"?

When I connect my mobile phone to A397XP via Bluetooth, my mobilephone said "The profile is not supported"?

Is it becasue of my mobile phone or because of the laptop bluetooth version? I can not pair these two devices.

I have tried serveral ways to connect. But I still can not connect with my mobilephone via Bluetooth.
