Hi,
Last tuesday on July 10 i ordered my 2nd VAIO E Series. The model is SVE1711C5E and when i log into my account i want to see my order status, but i can't find it! Where it is? The only thing that i'm able to see is my first laptop which i bought it in November last year: VPCEJ2C5E...
So... how can i check for my order status?
P.S.: The order has been placed by Phone, not online.

Do you have the order number with you or the tracking number so you can check it?
I have the order number.
Does anyone knows why i don't see nothing about new orders when i click on "My account?". I see only: My products, register a product and logout.
I have on my email the order number, the configuration of the laptop, the invoice address, billing address and delivery by courier.
I placed the order by phone, calling at the following no:0845 6000 124 and speaking with the buying division. So why i can't see my order from last week???
Please anyone help me.
As you ordered on that phone number, I suggest you phone again and ask your questions there.
I would guess that the online order status only works for goods ordered online. I also guess there is no news yet - perhaps you will get an email with any significant news.
