why cant i play clips ??

like 3 weeks ago i noticed a problem about playing video clips which are on websites ...i cant seem to able to play clips maybe it myt be norton blocking it but im not sure ...and i want to see some vid clips

Hi Bianca - how's the throat?

First place to check is: -

Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced

Scroll down to Multimedia and check that there is a tick in the box 'Play Video in Web Pages'

If this doesn't work you may need to update your Flash Player from ADOBE FLASH 9
