Win 7 upgrade - missing WLan driver(s)

After a corrupted/destroyed hard drive no data was possible to restore so a new install was required. I purchased full version of Win7 and did a full clean (format) installation this morning, all ok except for a few missing (critical drivers)namely Wlan. I have tried the original driver package and all subsequent official drivers with no luck. I could do with some assistance please.

Model: PCG-7G1M
Type: VGN-FS415M

If anyone could add a link to the correct driver(s) so i can get online and then use Sony's update software i would be most grateful

Regards

BB

Hi BB3Lions,

welcome to Club VAIO..

Have you tried using the Vista drivers that are available for your Vaio.?

If not you can download them from Vaio support..

To open Vaio support, either by clicking Support at the top of this page or use the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 2: Select your VAIO model, next to Select Model Category - Select your model from the drop down list, in your case VGN FS.

Then next to Select Model - select FS415M

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Downloads followed by the Windows Vista tab..
