windvd bd hell

I've got a ar21s running xp when ever i try to start windvd bd the program starts and then strait away it becomes unresponceive my computer has got all the automatic updates that sony and windows suggest but nothing has happened CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

Its a terrible program anyway. But have you tried updating your WinDVD using the Support bar at the top of this web page.

Otherwise I would suggest PowerDVD, as it is much better and faster.

I TRIED THAT AND IT'S STILL NOT WORKING AND WHEN I PUT A BLURAY DISC IN THE COMP IT SHOWS UP AS A BLANK DISK

I assume that also firmware is updated…
