Wireless causing mouse problems

HI,

I am new to this forum and really hope there is someone out there who can help me.

I have a PCG-GRT916V laptop. When I have my wireless network switched on my laptop 'stutters' repeatedly. The mouse pointer will stutter in that it will not move for a split second, then it moves, then it stops etc etc. This might go on for 30secs to a minute and then the laptop will function correctly. However, it will then do this again after a couple of minutes. If video or audio are playing then these will also stutter. The mouse bit is so frustrating. If I switch the wireless off everything is fine.

Any help would be really appreciated as it is driving me to distraction.

Regards

Mark

Wooohhoooooo,

I have answered my own question  At long last I have managed to sort this problem out.

The answer was so simple - I simply installed the latest drivers for my wirelss lan. Embarassingly simple :smileyblush:
