1000XM3 and VLC controls on Windows 10

1000xm3 works very well on my android Galaxy S5, but on Windows 10, it can only adjust the volume...I cannot use the next/previous tracks and play/pause controls built in to the headset.

Tried with VLC and Media Player Classic...any solutions?
