BCR-NWW270 not charging?

Hi, 

hoping there's a fix for my waterproof mp3 player. Used it a week or two back and all was fine. Left it on charge in my car before using it a couple of days back but it wouldn't switch on. Have attempted to charge it again and note that the charging indicator lamp doesn't light up, suggesting the player is fully charged? or what?

Would be grateful for any assistance. TIA.

Hi @bobpat70, welcome to the Community.

These problems often come down to a poor charger connection. Anecdotally, reported problems have been resolved with either different chargers or some routine cleaning, as noted in this thread. 

Occasionally there are problems with the battery, but unless your Walkman has seen exceptionally heavy use I'd say that much less likely.
