I have been using my Sony MDR-ZX330BT Bluetooth headphones for over 3 years now with zero faults, Crystal clear sound and a lot of enjoyed music. In the last week the sounds has suddenly been distorted. I’ve not changed anything I’ve done for the last 3 years and have checked what things might distort Bluetooth and can’t identity any issues there. I realise they’re old, but I’d love to investigate a potential fix if at all possible. I hate things going to the landfill. I’m handy with a screwdriver and willing to give anything a go, so if there’s a fix or solution to this I’d love to hear it.
Thanks for your time everyone!

Hi NatWagstaff,
Sometimes, a simple reset to the headset could resolve this: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/zx330bt/v1/en/contents/TP0000773510.html. Let us know if the makes any difference.
