Bose Quiet Comfort qc35 v Sony wh-1000xm3

I  have a Sony KD55AF television and wish to listen to it via bluetooth headphones  .Could someone please tell me is it possible to reduce the bass on either of these head phones,

BOSE QUIET COMFORT QC35  or SONY WH-1000XM3 as with a hearing problem I find the bass over powering  .Thanks
