Hello.

Yes. The first tile 'reccomended' says "heaphones (coming soon)" and the only method seems to be to take it to a Sony Authorized Service Centre. Would that be correct? I don't drive so I'm not going out of my way for a pair of earbuds.. https://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/repair/faq
