Cannot Sync Playlists to Walkman NW-A40 Series with Windows media player 12.0

Good afternoon,
I really need your help, I’ve been looking for an answer for a long time, I read a lot of forums but still haven’t found it.

I have a Walkman NW-A40 Series and I cannot import playlists with Window media player 12.0
Window media player 12.0 sees the player and SD-card and allows you to export playlists, but in fact the player or card remains empty and there are no playlists in it.
Reading the forums, I found out that Windows (I have Windows 10, 64-bit) does not see the player as a portable music device.


Followed the steps below the link, but each time connecting the player it appears in the disks as a data store:

I updated the USB driver for Windows, but as indicated in the link, it does not appear in the "Sound, Video and game controllers", it is displayed only in installed programs:

I installed the latest firmware, reset the settings to the factory but nothing works:
