Insufficient Bluetooth bandwidth for headset function Sony WH-1000XM3 / Sony WH-1000XM4

The sound quality is negatively affected when you pair these handsets to e.g. PC and want to use them as headsets. I have understood that it is the bluetooth properties that are the cause of this, and not really the headphones as such.

My question is really;

Are there quality headphones with a microphone that has dedicated Bluetooth for microphone and sound, respectively? That is, 2 x Bluetooth.

I imagine that if you pair the two functions separately, both functions have sufficient bandwidth to deliver / receive data and not affect the sound experience.

The XM3s and XM4s are not dedicated gaming headsets, they use the HSP or HFP Bluetooth profile (not sure which in this case) and those profiles are basically for calls. So you can't get both media audio and call audio at the same time (for example: game/movie + discord call).
