MDR-1000X - Mechanical noice while small movement in the face

MDR-1000X head phones are excellent. Frequency band is wide. I'm totally satisfied with the head phones technical  features like noise cancelling.

BUT there is somewhere in construction two plastic parts scrubbing together doing terrible noise inside hearing while moving slightly the face like eating something or drinking or even swallowing. I suppose the creak is coming from join on fork and hearing cup. Like it is missing a teflon slide bearing.

What to do? Is there any experience about this. 

Where in Finland I could go and show the problem to Sony's representative. Best way is to put on the head phones and swallow fev times.

my suggestion, try wearing them in for a bit

Another suggestion is to return them for a different pair

and see if they still have the same problem
