Noise cancelling mic on my WH100XM4 headphones

Does anyone know where I can find the part number for, or order the noise cancelling microphone mounted inside the headphones. It's the tiny 6mm diameter x 2.3mm length one. My puppy got hold of them and decided to rip it out and swallow it. So I'm having a go at repair but save going through poo I might need to buy another one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
